April 24, 2022---Thanks for the video, but not for reasons you'd be thinking of. Got back into modeling but going for 1/35 scale zombie/apocalypse dioramas. And when I saw your video pop up, realized this would make a good diorama of the govt. (FEMA) or military trying to feed people in such a situation.

Anyone have a video on how to open these up and process of starting the burners I just won one at auction

I do not have a video on that. However it isn't too terribly hard to do it just takes time. The floors fall down and there are pins that you push in to lock it together. The stairs attached on through holes on the deck. There are also holes across the deck for the poles that hold up the screen walls. There are holes in the tarp for the roof that the poles slide into as well. When it comes to lifting the top, it should come with a jack to crank the roof up. If it does not have a jack then it's a pain to get up. In the past I have used a floor jack with a board to raise the roof when I didn't have a roof jack. As far as the burners go, you follow the instructions on the face of the burner. If the burner's not working it may be defective. The orifices for the gas can get clogged and it won't run or it'll run poorly.

You don't know what you are doing with the MKT Mobile Kitchen Trailer. It is incomplete. I wouldn't give you any money. I am a retired Army veteran and I spent 20 years as a cook in the Army.
