I can say with conviction thay T&T does have the best tasting food in all of the Caribbean/Lesser Antilles/Greater Antilles etc. And we all know Trinidad KFC is in a class of its own

Wow! The food here looks insanely delicious & good! For me, after having watched food from all of the Caribbean Islands, Trinidad is the absolute winner! All the Islands have great food, but I just prefer the overall foods of Trinidad. The very sweet lady with 7 children, who cooked all that superb food, just Wow!!! My hats off to her. I have to say too, that the coconuts & the beverages, across all of the Islands are so delicious, especially all the freshly made juices, smoothies, etc;. I think it's the variety, the many ingredients used & the strong South Asian influence abound, which I find so interesting, attractive, endearing, intriguing & amazing! The ice-cream flavours here, are so interesting & I'd love to try some of those. Also, the people of Trinidad are so interesting & beautiful looking, with their mixed ancestry, like all other Caribbean Islands) but here, they appear more so South Asian, which is so beautiful & wonderful to see. Not only the people & the food are amazing, but so too, their awesome accent! It's so fascinating to me, how global accents evolved & this is of no exception. I seriously think, that I'll have to book a trip to the Caribbean, some day in the very near future & from what I'm seeing here, Trinidad will be where I'll spend most of my time. I don't think there is a winner in foods in the Caribbean at all. Each island has something different and very special and beautiful 😍 😋❤👍. I visited Trinidad and Tobago, and I didn't find their food better than the other islands 🙄. I found it even too spicy with too much oil. Sometimes, I was even sick 🤢🤮😢.

Hi David. So here I am, once again, thanking you for doing this documentary of your visit to and travels throughout Trinidad and Tobago. I have seen a lot of things that were new to me. Street foods were not the thing when I lived there (left in 1976), so it was amazing to see all the changes. You should go back to Trinidad some time in the future, if only on vacation when you can truly relax and enjoy all the things that you missed. I loved watching the doubles run again to the airport. And to see how much you enjoyed eating all those doubles made me salivate.😋😋😋🤣🤣🤣. David Wears did a great job too. Don't you ever worry about licking your fingers and the wrapper because a lot of us do it too. So when David dubbed you a true Trini, I agree with him. It goes to show how easy it is for you to adapt to any place and it's people and that's why we love you so much. You are very close to Trini to the bone🤗. So where do we go from here!!! Morning David. WOW. I just finished watching Tobago. So now watching this one. I just watched you and Nathan with Xiaoman in the rainforest. Man, that was just wild and crazy. To see Xiaoman butt-naked, although smudged, and his explanation about how they string up their private parts, was just hilarious. No censorship in his demonstration with the sock. And Jewish to boot!!!. Nothing much to tie up, according to him. Good thing you, Nathan and Xiaoman's assistant kept your clothes on. Could just see four white guys in your birthday suits in the rainforest, needing a tan. A real standout among the tribe. Felt sorry for Xiaoman when he got bit. I hope he was ok. I should also add, that I love how the people of these neighbouring Islands are really into natural living & organic farming etc;. No wonder their food is so damn good, so tasty & delicious. They've such pride in themselves, in what they eat/in their cuisines. As a Westerner, it's so beautiful to witness this. In my own culture, we also eat good food & stand by natural over artificial. When I visited Africa many years ago, I hardly met anyone who wasn't into organic farming & organic food. In the West, it's almost always the polar opposite unfort, although I do know many are into organic, vegetarian, etc;;, but not so much as South Asia, Africa or the Caribbean Islands. IMPO, I think that the use of chemical fertilizers, should go out of fashion & the sooner, the better.

❤Much love to Trinidad❤....I just got my bottles from Bertie's. Original, Scorpion and Light pepper sauces. All wonderful!!! Though I had to have a coconut popsicle after the Scorpion. I love spice, wonderful if you suffer from allergies. Scorpion was a little to much heat...but I now have a few ideas of how I am going to use it now that I have tasted it.
