thank you for showcasing the RUF. im a Porsche fanatic and I take care of my brothers 20k guards 993 turbo and he is not the tuning type. now a current rally car racer/pro skater I was associates with had the 1st 2 modified '91 civics in Baltimore county so tuning is in my blood and I've been a RUF fanatic since 1984 when I saw the 1st one in a magazine. a lot of people don't realize how truly impressive that company is and I think they compliment the Porsche brand extremely well. also I'm a TPC fan I'm used to buy my HKS parts from Mike Levitas at his first shop! great video gents. cheers

That white modified "77 Cayman" that won the sound competition lives in my neighborhood: Riverside area...see it all the time if Im not mistaken... small world! Had I known about this competition I would've gladly attended and battled for top prize with my "catless" 02, 3.2 liter, 986 - IPD Plenum, upgraded throttle body, Cold air intake, Fabspeed Exhaust (Maxflo) exhaust system! Whenever I see his car I always think "I'm having even more fun via the convertable option!" 😂 Congrats!

My car only has: front splitter - unstock, euro front bumper cover - unstock, clear front turn signal lenses - unstock, relocated LED driving lights - unstock, Setrab front oil cooler - unstock, hand made gt style headlights with HID Xenon projector lights - unstock, entire custom fuel system - unstock, radiator and all blue hoses - unstock, cam cover powder coated grey to match the wheels, oil pan, speaker grills, engine cross member and more - unstock, custom finish DynaTech strut bar - unstock, polished intake - unstock, most underhood hardware replaced with blue anodized fasteners - unstock, oil catch can - unstock, weltmeister anti-roll bar - unstock, header back exhaust system - unstock, Powder coated 2002 911 Turbo wheels that most 944 "experts" say will not fit on my car - unstock, 968 mirrors - unstock, 968 door handles - unstock, 2011 911 Tiptronic steering wheel - unstock, grey seat inserts - unstock, Autopower roll bar painted to match wheels, cam cover, etc - unstock, grey convertible top and cover - unstock, rolled and flared rear fenders to fit the 2002 911 turbo wheels - unstock, clear rear side marker lights - unstock, clear tail light lenses - unstock, A-pillar guages - unstock, stereo sytem, unstock, rear seat racing harnesses - unstock, trunk mounted amp board - unstock, trunk mounted subwoofer - unstock, GT Racing rear bumper - unstock, Lindsey Racing engine and transmission mounts - unstock, limited slip trans - unstock, and a TechArt Rear spoiler that was never offered in the US - unstock. flat white paint - unstock. This is not a complete list. There are other unstock parts in addition to this but I'm tired of typing. I did everything except the seat inserts and convertible top myself. The current engine is just temporary until I finish rebuilding the original as a turbo(that will be seriously UNSTOCK!!!) I swapped it and the transmission in myself.
