Hell of a story . Love the way you told it . I just killed my first deer with a bow last Tuesday with a 47 yard shot in Southern California . When you said yours was 47 yards I was pumped! Been following you for years because of bodybuilding but love your hunting related videos ! Keep it up man.

You wanna see elk, come to the central/northern Oregon coast. They’re all over the damn place. Like hoofed rats there’s so many of them.

If you haven't already Seth, better start applying for tags in the western states for a trophy elk. Pick a few states or however many you can afford and get started. I'd suggest hunting moose in Maine first rather than diving into Alaska right away. At least in Maine only the f'ing moose might kill besides big f'ing bears and mosquitos. Alaska can be gentle or merciless. What a perfect noob first time elk hunt story though. Would have been nice to drop that big elk on the first day but glad you didn't. You got two extra days of hunting and harvested a nice meat elk. Hunted all my life growing up in Nevada(Elk, Mulies, Pronghorn, Desert Bighorn, etc.)the experience you described and what you took away from it is what people like me(us) love to hear. Stoked for you buddy👍

I would purchase a pack that holds a bow before the next trip. It would be so much more comfortable to not have your bow in your hand when climbing mountains.
