I love tiny homes, but I would need a second tiny home for my tools and hobbies.
@chopsddy3Ай бұрын
@@bctruck Take two. They’re cheap. How about living in a genetically engineered gourd? Grow it in the garden, clean it out and dry it. Cut doors and windows get wifi and your home? Works for birds. Some roofing tar and hinges and your home.

@@chopsddy3 I went to a watermelon festival in grand saline a few years back. I could have stretched out and been comfortable in a couple if those watermelons.

Hey Brad I know what you mean I'm trying to come up with hobbies that require smaller tools and raw materials.

Interesting to see. I find those kinds of homes pretty unique and has its own charm. At 20:43, that kind of house kind of reminds me of our stay at The Treehouse Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa a couple of years ago. Their design of Disney's lodges are really interesting and modern. Keep up the great work!

Hey thanks a lot I'm happy you enjoyed the video it was a fun video to make

Hi Robb! I wanted a tiny house, but I love to cook, garden, canning and just my cooking and garden equipment would take up too much room. A garden shed would be bigger than my tiny house, lol. Have a very blessed weekend!

Tim, this was a book but I understand what you mean completely. I agree.

Great video! I can tell that you borrowed the book at a Broward County Library, but what library did you find that book at? West Regional Library or Miramar Town Center?
@RobbsHomemadeLifeАй бұрын
Hey I got the book from the Dan Pearl library but they got it from another library I ordered it online at the library site and they let me know when it was available I tried to return it today but the library is closed for renovations and they had the book return slot padlocked

We don't need new designs we need new zoning laws
@chopsddy3Ай бұрын
The zoning rules are keeping certain nests feathered. Too many homeless people to continue on this way. The rule needs revised to reflect the situation while not allowing structures that are obviously destined to collapse on people. Back in the 80’s, I did some “punch out” work for condo builders. That’s where you go into a recently built condo ,find the builder’s flaws and fix them. What a freakin’ mess! We need new ways. These places were $250,000 each in 1982. Falling apart before occupancy! That money could buy a hundred more sound and comfortable dwellings. They really weren’t much bigger than a tiny house. Just stacked on one another. This is ridiculous.

Hey chops years ago I read about some place in California that had a regulations that allow people to build a home without the zoning but they could not sell it so basically they had to live in it until they died I guess they could give it to a family member though. That made a lot of sense. This allowed for a lot more experimentation.

My friends have this book so I've checked it out before. May I ask how you have your camera set up (and what camera you use)? I want to do shots like this for books for my videos but I don't have this capability. (made the mistake of buying the DJI Osmo pocket 3 which is not as stellar as I expected!)
@RobbsHomemadeLifeАй бұрын
Boris, thanks so much, I am using the old osmo pocket 1. Also a tripod and an overhead light with a fabric diffuser, like a soft box light. settings are 4k 24fps and edit in capcut where I increase exposure and contrast. the book is on coffee table and I sit on couch behind tripod. let me know if I can help in any way

@@RobbsHomemadeLife Thanks! I propped mine on a box...that will do for now. The light needs work but I am not ready to use a box light.
