BIGGEST CHICKEN SANDWICH CHALLENGE? Today we are trying a huge Las Vegas Food Challenge (Fried chicken challenge)! We are taking on a fried chicken sandwich challenge at a famous Vegas Food Truck, Meat Wagon. Featuring a Stacked 15x chicken sandwich this is one of the biggest food challenges in las vegas and undoubtedly the tallest chicken sandwich challenge! We had 45 minutes to complete the $150 fried chicken sando and one side (we had options of loaded fries, Brussel sprouts, etc) in order to get it for free. Meat Wagon used a lot of local ingredients and quality products with an emphasis on providing the best American foods and fusions (likes burgers, fried chicken etc). Can we beat this giant chicken sandwich challenge? or will this vegas food challenge beat us? This is a large version of their free bird, a sandwich stacked with hot honey, pickles, coleslaw on a delicious grilled bun.. Fried chicken is one of my favorites and this was a delicious southern fried chicken recipe with some crispy fried chicken

Joel this is an amazing challenge! It’s an insane amount of chicken! You are correct about the food truck or trailer . The paint job is fantastic. Their fried chicken looks delicious. I’m always happy when you have good food with diversity of flavor profiles making it easier to eat easily . I’m glad the chicken breast aren’t over cooked but I’m a thigh person. The slaw sounds great. Their hot sauce sounds good. It is exciting lol the stick is going upwards LMAOOOOO Burp and make more room for the last two pieces and bun

When you have a nice, crunchy fish, put a little honey in the tartar sauce, the tartar sauce with a little honey is great on coleslaw as well:) Coleslaw goes better with crunchy fish :)
