Taiho's race queen figure is my favorite so far of the Mimeyoi set. I'm hyped for Enterprise and Baltimore to get theirs! I ended up waiting on the Illustrious figure and that was a good call. She was super discounted when she went to In Stock. She was 5000 JPY cheaper than her pre-order price.

Really wish AmiAmi would get their act together & figure out their new warehouse transfer so that paying customers can have their items shipped to them. Not a good look when they take your money & then make you wait weeks before they ship out "in stock" items. Even when you pay extra for the expedited shipping.

I am a collector who started relatively recently, approximately 1 year, so receiving your advice and experiences has been very useful to me. Decisions regarding display cases, considering manufacturers in the figure selection process, among other things have saved me valuable time and potential regret and loss of more money (which is inevitable because this hobby sucks up your socks). My base preference is designed > clear > solid color. Where design include anything from the elaborate bases on some to simply printed parttern that matches the figure/character. Bland solid color base is just an eyesore. If they are not going to put the effort into a suitable designed base, at least make it clear so I can ignore it. I find it especially annoying when figures of theesame "set" have different solid colored base, say the food war bunnies for example. Like.. why? (at least, due to space reasons, bunnies tend to be placed high up so I won't even see the bases)

I think you were the first person I saw on KZbin back in July, and that led me to a couple other people, who I bought figures on their recommendation. I don't think I've bought anything on yours. However most of my collection is seasonal or kimonos, which I don't think you buy a lot of. Although I do appreciate the showcase video of that kimono Sakura one from years ago, because that one is a beautiful figure. Do wish you had done more of a showcase of the kimono Saber Alter though; that one just arrived and it is beautiful. I did try to use your haul video involving footbath Rin to feel better about getting it (something got delayed in August to next year and I had a PUP preordered for that month. So it was the first thing I saw to make the box more worth it, and that Rin just 'spoke to me.' Then later found a couple things to add anyway, and didn't want to risk a ban because I already canceled something in that order). Anywho, congratulations on 90k. Wondering what's going to happen at 100.

What an amazing haul and an amazing surprise from AmiAmi! 🎉 What grabbed my attention though was that Watame Nendoroid near the start of the video.
