As soon as I saw the water. I thought cetus and k+ bead. Mines, the same crystal clear. 4k gallons can't fault it, and it is easy to clean. Few valves and a cup of coffee, job done😂. Nice pond, BTW.

I have a question about bottom drains. Due to gravity. How do you stop the pond completely draining out if the power goes out 😮 ??

The drain goes into the filter, and the filter level is the same as the pond so it’s impossible

In Japan, "CRYSTAL CLEAR WATER" is described as immature water that lacks purification ability and is therefore unsuitable for KOI keeping. As a result, the language tends to describe pond water as supreme, which is viscous and mature while maintaining transparency.

@@TimWaddington I guess if you use cartridge and granular filters to the point of removing all beneficial trace elements then I guess you can. But as much as you like first stage mechanical and good aerobic biological filtration will not do that.
