Namaskar WOS, Merry Christmas!! I feel Christ as an energy that dwells within and it's legacy is absolute love. I often wonder what conversations Christ and Krishna would have? 35:40, this is one I try to remember. We are all sinners here and I find peace in the fact we are all just trying to do our best here. As a lover of Yoga, I’m so grateful for this and have found a love for Jesus (outside the church doctrine drama). May I ask a question? I remember hearing (back in my church days) that the gods and goddess within Hinduism are demonic fallen angels. Now I know this is not true but wondering if someone would help bring clarification why they’d say something so hurtful and judgemental? ❤

Andrew was the brother of Peter. James was the brother of John. There was another James too, but he had no brother amongst the apostles.

I've watched "The Chosen" 😀 A very relatable series of the life of Jesus and his apostles. Not the usual stereotyped Christian film that's preachy and doesn't ask any hard questions. You'll find quite some paralells to Srila Prabhupada´s start of his movement. With disciples who have different ideas of how to put in to practice the teachings of Jesus, sometimes leading to heated discussions. Also you'll find all of those quotes you brought up and given in a context that's historically correct, and sometimes, when there's not so much to build a good drama series on, you'll get what could be plausible.

There was a James who was the brother (in a sense) of Jesus.

@@magpiecity Ah, yes! He was a son of Mary and Josef, so one could say that they were half brothers. :) He was first a sceptic and not part of Jesus´ ministery, but had one of his own. He converted after Jesus´ resurection (Jesus came to him) and became a pillar of Jesus´ followers in Jesrusalem.
