On the exit of turn 5, why do you keep short shifting only to downshift immediately?

There's a sound booth on the right side of the track between Turns 5 & 6 monitoring and enforcing the track's sound limit. Short shifting required in order to make the sound limit.

VisionWells ahh yes. The car sounds loud but not that loud. It usually takes a really high pitch to trigger the meter. My car gets up to about 113db at 6400rpm and i was never sighted there. This was back in 2014 so i don't know what they changed, but i thought they moved the metering point?
