সফল লোকেরা কখনো সরকারী চাকরী বা বেসরকারী চাকরী কে আলাদা দেখেন না। তারা চাকরী এবং ব্যবসাকে আলাদা দেখেন। এজন্যই দেখা যায় যারা প্রাইভেট ফার্মেও ভাল স্যালারীওয়ালা জব পেতে পারতেন,তারা সরকারী চাকরীও সমানভাবে গুরুত্ব দিয়ে পড়াশোনা করে পান। তাই পড়াশোনা করার মাইন্ডসেট না থাকলে সে সরকারী হোক বা বেসরকারী,কোনো চাকরীই পাবেনা।

WBCS or any type of civil services examinations are the one of the most prestigious jobs. No job can take their place. Here we are talking only about WBCS... but it is well knowned that there is an another service in the frame of civil service... which is UPSC ( Most toughest and old exam of India ).... Many engineering's from IIT are competing for that exam but they can't clear it's prelims only. So don't tell that it is a shameful for a student who just passed out from a State University...
