How about a conveyor belt of multiple strips moving either up or down vertically at around 525 lines per second. Rotating displays will alwys move slower in the center.

@@mando074 Well without a center hub to break out of: each strip would require it's own mpu and blue-tooth address. A fixed contoured rail on each side of the conveyor with light brushes on the ends of the strips could pick up dc power as the conveyor is driven. The belt would be best as a multi-link chain out of 3D plastic links long enough for each stip to affix to a row of links (to every other one all the way across). With spockets driving a chain/belt there can be no deviation issues like a belt on spools. That's about the only way I can think it could be done; but i bet it could be made to work.

More moving parts equals higher cost and higher likelihood of breaking down/more maintenance. Not trying to be negative. I like exploring engineering ideas to the fullest.

For top of building I would put two fans back to back put em on a post rotate that post and then put post on the inside surface of a sphere and runt the post around to so fans in sphere and hologram can be seen from any angle now.
