FANTASTIC house! I love the way original vintage is combined with new features. A lot of house (4 levels!) in a relatively small footprint, with a great backyard and lots of trees. I've lived in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area (prairie) for 20 yrs, and I still miss the green/trees of the East coast.

As a person who has never lived in a house,only in apartmentbuildings all my life,I LOVE to be able to look inside houses😍 Not modern-built square-box-houses with glass-walls but these REAL houses,that looks as a house should look!!! If I only had the money,I would buy this house and replace every WHITE chair with my colourful chairs(dark red and pale-blue) and move in tomorrow😍 Well I would also put wallpapers in every room,on ONE wall,to make it look warmer and more cozy. And of course colourful dark-red or pale-blue carpets in every room!

Thanks for the comment. We don't use some music again because even though we buy the rights. KZbin flags it and we have to dispute it over and over. And it takes 3 to 30 days to resolve each dispute. Not efficient when we do 4 videos a day some times. Kinda annoying but that's how it is.

NEVER paint over historic, original wood! For one thing, you have to REPAINT it at times, and you don’t have to do that with wood. And I believe original, unpainted wood increases the home’s value. Lastly, unpainted wood makes the home feel warmer. It pains me to see all that paint over wood. I can only image the beautiful wood that hides beneath.

But the realtor-blabla goes on as they keep uttering the words "parisian", "château" and "French" even though this house has zero connection to France. It is embarrassing how hard they try to use these words to make it all appear more sophisticated.
