No offense but why are there a lot of comments saying Seventeen are rude for not having any reaction and not clapping after the performance at all? I rewatched this video and I'm hurt after I read a lot of comments saying all that because I love BTS and I am also keeping a close watch to Seventeen now. And seeing that people judge them based on a mere "reaction video" where you couldn't even identify them because they were facing backwards is a bit unfair to them. Being an ARMY for 2 years, I still love Yoongi even tho he is not a very responsive person and I actually seldom see him react or even pay attention to other groups performing. You unfair people who says they love BTS should watch our own boys before saying anything to other groups. Also, the video ended abruptly 2 seconds right after BTS ended their performance so we didn't know if they really clapped or not. And did you not see them bobbing their heads in sync the whole performance? They were actually jamming to it even tho I'm 90% sure they didn't know Run that time because they were too busy preparing for their own performance and appearance, not having the time to check out other groups, especially the newer songs. And did you not see that there were a LOT of other senior groups to whom they bowed to while BTS is performing? I bet you didn't since it was too dark and people are unrecognizable. There's BIGBANG who suddenly appeared and sat in front of them and JYP is sitting beside them. I even saw Seungkwan and Joshua continuously shifting their gaze all around the area, back to BTS, and looking around again. I bet they were both nervous and distracted trying to be polite to those seniors around them. I'm really disappointed not seeing their actual reaction to BTS in full since MPD's video was also cut even before the chorus part came but I am also greatly disappointed with those unfair and immature people saying something rude to Seventeen when you didn't even witness the whole thing.

1) The song was new so there's a HIGH chance they didn't know it/the lyrics. Hence no singing along and not much reaction. 2) It's not exactly a hype song for people to dance along to like e.g. Fire is. It's more of a sentimental one to pay attention to and listen intently. I know if I was watching it I would just be staring at the performance itself in awe, not trying to groove along to it awkwardly. 3) Most of the time, performances at award shows consist of more than 1 song from the artist. So at the end when they didn't clap straight away, it seems to me more that they were waiting to see whether a next song will start or if it's the actual end of the performance. Once they realised it was the end, I'm sure they clapped. You see it many times, people clapping prematurely when they assume a stage is over but then another song starts so they are like 'oh' and stop.. so a lot of times you see some people not clap immediately in case, but then they do afterwards.

Strange how when some BTS members show no reaction when watching performances, they are "charismatic" but when it's SEVENTEEN they are rude or disrespectful??. How does that even make sense??. I mean BTS no hate since I adore them but these silly things need to stop, we barely saw anything (the clip ended as soon as the song did so maybe they did clap but we can't see it) aslo we can't and shouldn't judge an entire group based on a few members being blank. I find it annoying how y'all get so defensive for BTS. This was one of BTS first performances of the song, so I don't think they'd know the song. And rookies have to watch their seniors very closely.
