I actually got SS4 Goku from those tickets that you get when you do the step summons not from the co-op mission tickets that you get after you beat them a certain amount of times. Gotta admit his card animation is much better than Vegeta's. If you fail to get him from the step up,the tickets guarantee you get one of the sparkings featured 100% so the tickets are your best bet.

I also pulled a copy of super sayain gt goku and regular sparking goku. On vegeta's banner I only went to the 6 step and I leveled up a lot of my exes and pulled the new ex and super sayian 4 vegeta as well as my 3 copy of super 17. I kinda consider getting lf vegito over lf goku a shaft but other than that it went great.

Their passives are almsot identical and I think the purple one is slightly better just because the purple one gets 20 percent for each strike and blast used while the red one only gets 40 percent strike damage when entering the battlefield for 20 counts.
