The show is not available on DVD. They only ever put the first 100 episodes of VL (back from 1995) and anniversary episodes like epi 3500 on DVD.You won't find Christian and Olli's storyline anywhere but here on KZbin.

They had to push chrolli back into the background. Tom Chroust, who pitched the SL to their producers on Germany's Public Broadcasting network, said the producers had no problem except they did not want it to be the A story. Even though Chrolli has been almost A SL; like the first wedding, they can not hold A spot unless producers say okay. This is a rare coverage on a public network. I Love it and I do NOT like most Soap operas. I stopped liking Soaps almost 40 years ago.

i must respond. first, regarding the chemistry. i don't feel that their chemistry is gone at all! I think that their chemistry is always top notch. they're JUST NOW getting back together after all this drama. second, i agree with i the comments that neither of them wanted to get the divorce in the first place, they were botht being very stubborn and not communicating like they should have. So now that the divorce got finalized they kinda have to get married again right?i think it works fine.

@coldmemories1 Jo and Thore's real life preference have no bearing on this at all, .! they are actors and do what they are told and what happens on screen is not decided by them , if the script requires a passionate bed scene,that is what they have to do and what the director wants . This show however does go out at 6pm of an evening, and before the watershed, and considering how little same sex, 'love ' and kissing we get in say US and British shows,i find Germany rather liberal.

Honestly, people are just looking for excuses to blame the other half of the couple they don't agree with. Olli acknowledges that the problems between him and Christian didn't just start with Jessica, which by extension means it isn't all Christian's fault. I don't think the chemistry is gone: looking at their faces while Olli proposed, the romance is still there. Obviously they both changed when they were away from each other, it would be ridiculous to expect things to stay the same.

I must disagree with many of the commenters. This crisis was pure stubborness from both sides, they both loved eachother all the time. Nothing really changed between them in that matter. Thus, re-engaging is natural. Also, Das Erste can't really break them up again, they've used up all the drama on them. What's left is like silly minor disagreements. And I dare them to try anything funny, das Erste... Maybe Chrolli will take in some gay teenager that's going to stay awhile that they can raise.

I had seen a spoiler picture of this proposal and I was kind of shocked when it was on yesterday's episode, I was expecting it to be later, when he'd at least been let out of hospital. They haven't really had the opportunity to be "passionate," sex in a hospital bed wouldn't be very appropriate. But I totally agree that I'm missing all of that. Lets just cross our fingers it will get better. :')

Just read the comments and steady on guys. In the past few episodes (and months) things haven't been easy e.g. C+O's ongoing arguments, breakdown in trust and communication, Christian's affair with Theresa, the seperation, Ollie seeing Rafael, the divorce, Christian nearly dying etc. They've not long realised they still love each other. Give it some time and we'll hopefully have the old C+O chemistry back. Lastly we've recently discovered the extent of Christian's heart condition.

I too have been disappointed that we haven't seen any passionate kisses between the boys, so I went back over these last few episodes. I agree that the kisses have been very short and mostly off lip. They should have done a long scene where they talk about the problems that led to their breakup, and another where Chrolli discuss what they both want out of life in the future. All that should have been shown before Chrolli got engaged again.

It just I wondered why she said, "Well, I still fee sorry for you breaking poor Rafi's heart." She said this to Olli. Charlie says her compassion is limited. Then Jessica says while she holding and tossing the black swan around, "At least he had style." I didn't like her behavior.

After what happened to the last swan why the heck would Charlie put that thing on the edge of the counter? Could someone please tell what Jessica is doing in this scene, and why Olli acknowledge that she played a part in his marriage breakdown but act as if it didn't matter? I wish we'd actually had them talking about their relationship and how they were going to make it work this time around rather than all that guff about the swallowed ring. It would have been more realistic and less cliched.

Anyone else start to wonder if Christian was gonna say 'no' at the end there? For, say, practical reasons or something. Maybe being skeptical and suspicious that marriage may have been too much of weight on their relationship or that, if he's assuming he won't live long, that he doesn't want to hurt Olli? Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he said 'yes,' but I also wouldn't have blamed him if he'd said 'no' or 'it's too soon' or 'let me make it out of the hospital alive first.'
