Just inside the entry there is a urinal in the half-bath, which would be appreciated in some households but not in others! Spiral stairways are tricky to navigate, and there's plenty of room for a more standard set of stairs that could still be dramatic. In doing that change, the open area between the bedrooms and bath could be more enclosed for privacy. I do like that both upstairs bedrooms have large balconies.

The open porches upstairs are nice, but when it snows you are going to have to shovel the snow over the railings. If you leave the snow there to melt it rots the wood of the decking so much faster.

Die Aufteilung der Räume gefällt mir. Gut die Einrichtung oder Fliesen sind halt Geschmackssache. Aber auch hier gibt es einige Dinge die irgendwie nicht zu Ende gedacht sind. Wie hier schon anderweitig angemerkt wird, gibt es hier im Winter auf den beiden Terrassen Probleme mit dem Schnee. Und auch hier sind wieder die Schränke so hoch, dass man ohne Trittleiter nicht an die oberen Fächer rankommt. Das Fenster direkt im Duschbereich und der Fernseher seitlich vom Doppelbett haben auch eine ungünstige Position.

Lovely! I’d skip the urinals. The tile in the bathrooms? Yuck. The upstairs video spot (the hanging chairs) looked out of place and uncomfortable. Didn’t see a dryer in the laundry area. Was there a dishwasher in the kitchen? I’m in real estate. These are things clients want to know/would point out. Overall, charming home.

Красиво ,но непрактично, окна в душевой влага быстро испортит их,открытые балконы на крыше, осадки уничтожат мебель полки и все что там встроено, во время дождя постоянно будет держаться вода. Вообщем надо серьезно дорабатывать проект.

Probably a worthwhile exercise in interior design, very nice work there. But not a realistic architectural design. Too many obvious flaws: full window in Master bath shower, lack of counter top space in every bathroom, no overhead cover for any entry (rain would pour in), minimal closet space for bedrooms, grooved floor would be tough to keep clean, etc. Probably the biggest problem is that construction costs will be very high due to multiple angles and various levels. As I said above, the details of the interior are very good… shows a lot of artistic talent. Architectural design needs work.

Too many design flaws: too many doors, chimneys should be in the middle of the house too conserve heat and upstairs rooms could have skylights on the rear roof. The rear is too walled up and boring.
