I hope you are not using the same link shown in the demo as it's not active. If it's your own API GW link, then please check if messages are coming through by testing the IoT topics and ensure lambda function is also working properly.

Not a video but if you go to the workshop link in the description, there is a section on how to configure the API GW. Have a look and see if it helps.

We appreciate your inputs Prasad. You are correct but all relays are essentially electronically operated switches. Sometimes the words are interchangeable to better explain to an audience that might not be electronically savvy but the technical term is indeed Relay.
