But he lacks the ability, or at the very least he doesn’t bother to spend the time, to formulate his bars so that they flow musically. It’s more like slam poetry than rap. IMO, forming your bars so that the rhymes hit so that they’re musically sound is an essential skill that a rapper has to have in order to call themselves a rapper. Otherwise you’re just talking long sentences and rhyming the last word in your sentence whether it flows musically or not
