The steak looked good - like you said, it was quite thin (and I think it definitely looked more medium well to well done than the cook’s statement that he cooked it medium) but for all you can eat, the steak still looked juicy with smoky grill marks. The salmon in the sushi section also looked nice and fatty. I like how they have individual ice cream cups which is different from the usual soft serve. You and your family are also so nice and thoughtful to leave good tips at a buffet. Some people think you don’t need to leave a good tip at buffets since you are serving yourself but the servers work equally if not harder than non-buffet servers since they are coming by to clear plates multiple times and refilling drinks multiple times too

keep in mind, the crawfish is from asia, and is not nearly as good as from the u.s. in particular, from louisiana. the best crawfish i have had is from there, and next best, ironically, was from Egypt.

Happy New Year to you and your family. I was here today ! I know the cardinal rule is not to load up on rice or carbs at a buffet but the Hibachi rice is awesome. This is the only buffet that I know of that has salmon skin which I love. The dim sum is above average for buffets, I just wish they had more variety. We are near crawfish season, so I didn't get any. I usually drive all the way from Spring Branch to pick up some Danny's Crawfish in Fort Bend ... sometimes they have 5lbs, get 1 free ... $7.99 per lb. I'm sure it'll be more expensive this year.

The Feast has Mexican cuisine like menudo, ceviche, fajitas and I didn't see that at Hibachi. I feel like there are more seafood selections at the Feast than Hibachi . Just went there today for the first time. The restaurant is so spacious, you might complain if you’re seated too far from the food. They have a lot of food, more than other buffets I’ve been to. But more doesn’t mean better. It was not that memorable, and my hibachi grill dish was less seasoned than I would have preferred. I tried a little of everything. My favorite were the chicken feet which was really good, and the all-you-can-eat Cajun crawfish and the Asian style crawfish were good. Otherwise it was not that memorable. I would have preferred less selections with better taste. It was $19.99 per person.
