I know it’s hard to distance yourself from your parents when your living under their roof but when and if you move out you can distance yourself. Visit them on your time and when your ready and limit your stay to how much you can handle. You have that choice! You can always sit them down and talk and that sounds literally impossible but it doesn’t hurt to try. It’s very hard, I know! But we have to manage ourself and put ourselves and mental health first.

Wow, I recently watched your teen pregnancy story and now Q&A and let me tell you I feel like you and I had a similar story. I was a teen mom at 17, now I am 26, but it still hurts remembering times during my teen pregnancy. My mom told me some hurtful things that I will never forget. While I didn’t have to tell my entire church , my mom made me go tell every individual from church/ family on my own that I was pregnant. I now know that it was like she placed a Scarlett A on me, and it was traumatic. I would suggest maybe going to some counseling because it is a situation that not many teens have to go through. Girl I had my first child at 29 years old and got married at 27, I've been with my husband since 2009. Having a child at our age is still hard. But I can't imagine being pregnant in hs. But your sons so cute! It's always worth it at the end. Right now my daughters 2.5years old and she says the funniest things. Which we enjoy alot. My siblings and I like to embarrass my parents now as adults and say remember when you said this to us growing up. Let me tell you my parents are always embarrassed and feel bad haha. As you grow older maybe you can mention that like how my siblings and I did because at the time our parents think certain things are best for us when there not. I love watching your videos.

I was in labor for about 10 maybe 11 hours I got the epidural and literally an hour after getting it I started pushing for 20 minutes and daughter came flying out I didn’t tear what so ever but I was definitely very sore after and even now 8 months after having my daughter my body still doesn’t feel the same .

tbh it’s different for everyone, follow your body. i’m 18 & i’m petite as well, my pain tolerance isn’t strong so i knew i would get epidural & at first it was AMAZING😭 but then my son flipped around ( face up ) so the pain in my back was crazy, even me having the highest dose of epidural didn’t help. i thought my back was gonna fall off. but if u don’t want epidural, don’t get it but if it becomes unbearable it’s not bad.

Dang Melissa, from other peoples stories I’ve heard, some parents once told that their daughter is pregnant they just walk away and take a day to themselves and come back being supportive, bc they don’t want the negativity to come out. Also I don’t think you are normalizing teen pregnancy at all, it is just sharing an experience. And what we do need to normalize as a society is sex education, most of the time teens don’t know sex leads to pregnancy, or how to have safe sex, or what the day after pill is. Overall, I think you are doing a great job as a parent and I love and support you! ❤️

my parents found out i am sexually active a few days ago and i will say they’re taking it kinda harshly (same for his parents), they seem more disappointed than mad. but my most recent period was almost a full week late and it scared the crap out of me and my boyfriend, i’d definitely wait until you’re ready to have kids just in case you do end up pregnant (you never know with or without protection) because it is very stressful having to decide wether or not to tell your parents or wether you will keep your baby. i personally would love to keep my baby if i do end up pregnant but it’s not for everyone. just stay safe out there girlies, much love

My parents were supportive , I think only reason is for that is because I moved out recently 4 months ago & married . Im 20 and was pregnant at 19 and will be turning 21 in a couple of months , I wish I had told my parents the first months but I told him when was about to give birth … I don’t agree with teens having babies I mean I was technically a teen , But I mean lofs of us didn’t got the talk and second Life is unexpected . I had so many options with my baby but this wasn’t his fault & till this day he is a blessing to me and my husband ❤️ Good Luck Girl , some days do get hard but us mamas got this 💕 even if we young :)

My mom reacted the exact same way as yours. I was scared in fact too scared to tell them. My mom came up to me and said here I bought you a pregnancy test and made me take it. I had no idea but they had already talked about it. I was so little you couldn’t tell I was pregnant till I was 7 months then all of a sudden bam I had a baby bump. Once the baby got here it was so different though. The baby changed everyone they were so in love with him once he was here.
