That skin does indeed unique because it's break the old pirate style with its bright colors but maybe that skin is considered a bit "normal" since that kind of theme is exist to other hero such as Karina's old starlight, Claude's starlight and even Bane's hero concept as well so that skin theme is kind of just an addition.

It's sad that Alice is considered bad apples here since her Steam Glider is basically a more advanced version in the terms of "steamlike" skin such as Kimmy 2nd skin and Cyclop's elite skin(which is that skin is actually very gorgeous, considering its Elite tier but that skin only get the effect as its model is a bit far away from the context of "steampunk", the classical looks and refined style.). Her starlight skin is so unique upon first release because of the fresh theme(since the theme of gears and steampunk design often regarded as the eccentricity of old-fashioned style). But oh well, it doesn't meant any other hero have that much theme anyway. So those old-fashioned style will always got my attention.

Kazuki doesn't need to add Aamon or Valentina starlight skin because one of them is fit to fill the theme(their futuristic style assasin theme), and Bruno(well because we already got Ling and Benedetta, and those two skin is actually pretty cool itself, but Bruno is the higlighted one since its "latest" style). And to be honest, Brody here is giving some mixed feelings because yes, his skin effect is good but that design just remind me of some same starlight with such theme(Kimmy/green one, Hayabusa/yellow one, Granger, Balmond[almost look like the same]). If it from the uniqueness, design and effect wise, old starlight need to be concluded as well since the history of their skin(look at the condition of our old MLBB) is still count. Irithel is indeed unique because you didn't so often see a skin with such tone skin color(pale, purplish skin tone? But still retain her beauty?) God the one who designed her starlight knows how to do colors mixture in skin and theme perfectly.
