I really like the Angel Island Zone inspiration. Also, I like how the sprite art is a mix of the unused jungle/forest zone from Sonic 2, and Stardust Speedway.

How come Wood Zone's background in general looked so flat or one-dimensional? While Green Hill had multiple moving layers from water to mountains. As both were on 16-Bit hardware.

@@benraven9087 you sound like you don't know what you're talking about, The synths that senoue uses aren't a sound chip except for some samples such as the infamous Sonic 2 and 1 snare that he loves to use. However I do agree with your compliment and if JX made the music for the next Sonic game, that would be really cool 🙂
