depends. If the car has nice mods then yes. A BMW 3 series with CF lip spoiler, front lip and splitter, aftermarket wheels, diffuser and other cool shit raises the value of the vehicle, but adding shit like the stuff in the video, not at all.

My old dash cam has a feature where it would record my maximum speed as what I set it. So for highway I set it for 70 and it never recorded my speed as higher than 70. (It's a Wheel Witness brand, but I don't recommend it. Great camera with fantastic features, but it melted in the summer heat.)
