Hi!! Welcome, my name is Shenoa and this is my channel, SheNOAH'S ART. I use this outlet to share what I learn about fluid art (acyrlic pour painting and blooms) on canvas, wood, and other things like coasters and vases. I also paint with chalk mineral paint on furniture and other house hold items . I have been doing this for about 2 years and love it so much I wanted to share what I do for those who want to learn or practice with me. I started after I had my child and decided to take care of my mother full time on hospice. I started to get anxiety and needed an outlet that would help me shut out the noise of my own voice in my head that told me I couldn't do it. This is a skin made on a silicone mat to use for many things. Acyrlic paints were used and so are pigments. I use the Shelee Carruthers bloom technique and please do look her up and sign up for her course it is the best way to learn!
Deconstructed Bloom ⬇️
Base paint used: PPG multi pro eggshell
Pouring Medium used:
behr dynasty deep base #3653 (thicker)
And/Or
valspar ultra high gloss paint base C 833125 (thinner)
I add Josonja mixed with water as needed to thin.
Base/pillow paint -
PPG multi-pro
Colors Used - 🎨
Triart- Indian yellow
TLP- show pony
TLP- Mermaid
Matisse- southern ocean blue
Eye candy- Wasabi green with prizm pour sparkling aqua
Liquitex heavy body- Deep Violet
CA- copper/Prussian blue (Amsterdam mixed with Australian floetrol about 3 parts floetrol to 1 part paint)

Beautiful work indeed. I was widowed 2019 and lost my 30 year old daughter the next year. Live in chronic pain and now in a wheelchair. I too use it for therapy. There is nothing like getting lost in these beautiful pigments. I’m glad you ladies also found your relief through art. This is a gorgeous piece, the colors are smashing!

That’s really pretty, even though the Indian Yellow didn’t show through. Next time you do one of these, will you explain what you’re looking for while doing the modifications? Your blooms are always so pretty and mine look like swirly messes! I’m just curious about how you choose which places to swirl and why. Thanks so much!!

Sorry for my late reply! I cut it into pieces and make literally anything out of it magnets, jewelry, resin it down to lazy Susan's ect!
