Halo Effect ek cognitive bias hai, jisme hum kisi person ke ek achhe trait ko dekh kar unki puri personality ko positive tareeke se judge kar lete hain. Example ke liye, agar koi person bohot confident ya attractive dikhta hai, toh hum soch lete hain ki woh bhi intelligent aur successful hoga, bina unke baaki traits ko dekhe. Horn Effect iske bilkul opposite hai. Isme hum kisi person ke ek negative trait ko dekh kar usko puri tarah se negative judge kar lete hain. Jaise agar koi person ek baar mistake kar leta hai, toh hum soch lete hain ki woh incompetent ya lazy hai, bina uske baaki qualities ko dekhe. Dono effects humein galat tarike se judge karne par majboor karte hain. Yeh biases humein decision-making mein influence karte hain aur kabhi-kabhi hum apne perception ko inaccurate bana lete hain. Yeh OYO ki policy sach mein sochne par majboor karti hai. Har vyakti ko apni personal life jeene ka pura hak hai, aur premarital relationships mein privacy aur dignity honi chahiye. OYO ko apni policies ko revise karna chahiye taaki har kisi ko equal respect aur freedom mile. Constitution bhi yeh kehata hai ki humein apne personal choices mein interference nahi milna chahiye. Aise mein, yeh policy unjust aur discriminatory lagti hai. Supreme Court ne hamesha vyakti ke fundamental rights ko respect kiya hai, khaas kar privacy aur autonomy ko. Isne kai important decisions mein yeh clarify kiya hai ki har insaan ko apni personal life aur relationships jeene ka hak hai, bina kisi discrimination ya interference ke. Ummid krte hai ki supreme Court is policy ko unconstitutional declaire krega, kyunki yeh vyakti ke privacy aur personal rights ka ulangan karti hai.

Oyo has done right ✅.OYo is becoming quit popular among college students and most of them get diverted from their studies.This leads to wastage of human resources and in some cases this also lead to blackmailing and anxiety.Its a good decision from human resource development point of view.But,on contrary this is against individualism.So,it's upon the court which side it will choose (Individualism or Human resource development) In my view it's and excellent decision as India is targeting 2047 development goal

Article 21 clearly states right to life and personal liberty. And every person has the right to choose their partner. Even before marriage and after. So this policy of oyo, clearly goes against article 21. In my opinion, the court should struck down this policy of oyo.

Oyo policy is discriminatory , infringing privacy and respect. Couples regardless of their relationship status shouldn't have to disclose personal details. It could lead to misuse or harassment by staff. And sir what is proof here? This is ambiguous. All these types of issues arise from society stigmatizing hotels used for some other purpose. This policy doesn't tackle the root issue of the stigma itself.
