WTH? I got 2020 Cerato driver's door got the same issue. It's stiff. Doesn't lock/unlock easily. I doubt it's the actuator.

All my door locks are messed up to varying degrees, my drivers front will lock and unlock about half way (it definitely moves but not all the way), my passengers front doesn't really do anything, and both my rears lock and unlock intermittently. Also my keyfob kills its little watch battery within a week
