ETA... This "regret" is infuriating. All I hear is I need a man to do the hard stuff, what are they offering in exchange for not wanting to handle their own business. 1:45 Yes! Say it louder! I'm thankful for the women who gave me the right to vote and own property but in 2025 I have NEVER felt like men have rights I don't have. Men can DO things I can't..I'm simply not as strong as my husband. But he has no more rights than I do. Honestly in 2025, I probably have more social rights than he does and that's not lost on me. Also...I'm sick to death of "trauma response" being overused.
@djaeger-k5m12 күн бұрын
Honestly the vote thing is where it started… it used to be one for each household… I think we should go back to that… only ppl that hold a stake in the future should be able to make policies that affect the future… however though, everyone should also be given the opportunity to qualify themselves to the right to vote by doing social work… so we know they’re wanting to help…
@HellenaHanbasquet11 күн бұрын
@djaeger-k5m the problem isn't where it started, I can appreciate the idea of one per household, but it's not how modern society works nearly worldwide and while I am a very traditional wife, I also appreciate that the world must move forward. Voting is an individual right and not what lead to the modern problems we have. Correlation is not causation. The current state of things resulted from the movement not knowing when they had accomplished their goal and to disband at that time. They let their egos rule and continued to push the pendulum in the opposite direction. There are still enough men in the world who don't respect women and do feel that we aren't capable of making sound choices that going back to that process would be a counterproductive step backwards.
@djaeger-k5m11 күн бұрын
@@HellenaHanbasquet that’s the thing tho… ur seeing the good parts of it while not seeing the bad possibilities… there’s a reason we weren’t a dem for the longest time in the west and its cause we’ve always known it doesn’t work… just look at how things have gotten worse and worse in general over the past century… more ppl than ever are on social programs, more able bodied men than ever no longer work even in their prime working years, I can go on and on… all it takes is enough people to vote to get ur money and they’ll be handed it and there’s nothing you can do about it… we’re naturally regressing and most ppl r unaware…
@HellenaHanbasquet11 күн бұрын
@djaeger-k5m and you're faulting women's ability to vote as the catalyst for all of that....I'm gonna go ahead and let you hold on to that thought. There's probably a reason you're in the minority here, but you're entitled to that. I'm glad it works for you.
@djaeger-k5m11 күн бұрын
@@HellenaHanbasquet it’s not just a thought, it’s observed reality… as in we’ve noticed the policies that are being voted upon and who are voting for it… luckily there are post election metrics that are made available to the public… look at it objectively… ur getting emotional thinking I’m attacking women when I’m not at all… look at the things happening in uk, Germany and France or any western country and try to make sense of why that’s happening and why the men aren’t able to or willing to do anything about it, you’ll get ur answer… u probably will make sense of it only when it’s too late

I don’t think, as a man, that I’m automatically better than women or any other class of people. I like to think we all have strengths and weaknesses that are uniquely our own. However, I do think I can justly laugh at a woman who, while describing the superiority of women, uses the word ‘insuperior’. In that ‘circumstance of life’ she’s clearly INFERIOR. Blatant errors while boasting of one’s superior intellect or ability are fair-game for comment IMHO.

I like strong women, not too muscular and not too full of herself in a delusional grandeur. Wonderful behavior submissive sure, and the well toned build wether she has a big blossom or not is not a prob for me. Most women that are my type have a good waist and I flip for tails and more women have a fine bum too. With those however won't mean anything to me because most women I interacted with were condescending, stuck up, and too misleading I'm not a mindreader. I had standards for a relationship and I don't care anymore because majority are a headache and single life has worked out so far.

We should NEVER have let it go this far! Women need us men to be emotionally unmoved by their insecurities, entitlement, and drama. It's not rocket science for crying out loud. Stop mocking women just because they suddenly realize they need us men now. Love them, and show them you are better, and not bitter!_*

@@lancemarchetti8673 that is an interesting perspective, however, as a woman I have never felt pressured or enabled by men to be "a strong independent woman" the pressure lies 100% in the feminists I have come across my entire life, online, in school, in my work life, etc. When I've been hard and unmoving in a man's presence he lets me be and walks away. When I'm genuine in my traditional feminine roles, men naturally take on a kind, protective stance. Not just my husband. I have happily married coworkers who avoid the feminists but will (appropriately) act "gentlemanly" towards me. As a woman, a mostly traditional woman, I don't fault men at all for women's behavior issues. I'd go a step further to say this feels a little like victim blaming. I appreciate men who want to inflect and see where they could do better, but I disagree with this extreme degree of men's fault in the matter.
