I so understand what you say about the confidence! Especially when presenting. Your "second self" is suddenly not the center of attention - because your SS has left the room! As you say, air travel is so much easier, no long stares from passengers hoping that your assigned seat is not next to them. It is a new world. Love the newly remodeled basement! I am glad vacation was good. I've never been a smoker I can't even imagine the struggle. As far as the "attention". I've noticed it too. It does feel good, give you a little pep in your step. Have a great time on your next trip..

At the age of 38, I lost 150 lbs, very quickly, using a soy based shake diet, in an effort to get pregnant. As my weight loss continued, I began to have VERY HEAVY & CRAZY periods with LARGE AND near constant clots. After several visits to the ER (yes, it was ER worthy), I had an endometrial biopsy and was diagnosed with uterine cancer. I went to MD ANDERSON in Houston and my uterus could not be saved. I had a TREMENDOUS number of fibroid tumors when I had my hysterectomy. PLEASE go see your gynecologist. I'm sorry to be dramatic, but I really think there was a correlation between my rapid weight loss and cancer. I also suspect a correlation between the soy based shakes and the uterine cancer. Loved your NSV's! Happy 150th Canada Day!!!

I feel you girl! I smoked for 30 years and just quit a couple of months ago for surgery. I am having some complications from surgery with my pyloric valve and the bank I work for is being bought out and all of us administrative employees are losing our jobs. I want a cigarette so bad, but so far I haven't smoked one. I hope your Dad heals fast!

Going into have SIPS done in 4 days....super nervous so thanks for the videos....I am already mourning all the foods I have to stay away from....
