You'll find that the statement may be somewhat true, half a cup of carrots may well contain enough caratone for your body to convert into 73% of your daily dose of vitamin A, but the carrots themselves contain no vitamin A at all. I study nutrition in regards to feeding animals, it's widely accepted that feeding carrots, or other vegetables high in caratone, to the animal or it's prey is better than using a vitamin A supplement as the animal's body (and ours) will only convert enough caratone to provide the exact needed amount of vitamin A, whereas a supplement is hit and miss, you can easily overdose or underdose which can cause problems with absorption of other vitamins and minerals. Look it up properly and you'll soon see. :)

Lol I already knew that fruit loops are the same flavor. But I still sort out the colors sometimes. I mostly just go in rainbow order and eat red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple!

About the water thing, nutritionists started that 8 glasses of water thing, then had to apologise because they didn't account for water that is in foods and people were flooding their kidneys causing kidney failure.

I'm kinda surprised how you left out that classic myth, of how if you eat without waiting for your food to digest, and then go swimming, you'll get cramps. You're supposed to wait like an hour before you go back in the water
