The truth is these presidents,meaning Kagame and Museveni are having some kind of cold war, Rwanda has had so many DMI operatives trying to disturbilise Uganda, and it's true Uganda is supporting RNC in order to disturbilise Rwanda. But now we the common people of Uganda and Rwanda are being dragged into this mess caused by these two arrogant leaders. Since the Kisangani clash btn Rwanda and Uganda, there has been a silent war btn these two countries. President kagame and Museveni intentionally never mention the root cause of these problems, both countries were in Congo fighting for natural resources. Bottom line is, these two presidents should not make seen as if the people I either countries hate each other, that's not true. common people of either coutries are being forced into these nonsensical crisis.
