ISTP - as a general rule, most KZbin vids have about 10 - 15 seconds to prove to me that they're not stupid or irrelevant or clickbait, if within those 10-15 seconds, the vid fails to prove that, bye-bye! Yeeah. It makes me feel a bit inauthentic at times but I remember that that is just how the dominant Fe function operates. Personally, I look more to the ISTPs to help with such situations since they also have the Fe function but with the Ti regulator much stronger. So it is more natural and easier for me to instead just ignore something or someone if they are disappointing instead of bothering to criticize and sugar-coat. It is actually very peaceful to just ignore disappointing stuff and instead move on to something that is not disappointing. Big-ups to ISTPs or to the Ti function.

I really don't need more social interaction, so I definitely wouldn't invite anyone to talk to me. Some of us INFPs seem to be more social than others :D But I would still read all the comments to get as many different perspectives on a topic as possible without having to offer anything in return. If I ever feel the urge to post a comment, it's usually because I disagree with the message of a video. Before I send it, however, I consider that given the vast number of people in this world, my comment probably can't be very relevant, and I delete it. Who do I think I am to contribute something extremely valuable to this discussion? Sometimes, like right now on the topic of personalities, I actually get the impression that someone out there resonates with me. Besides, there is no "right" or "wrong" when it comes to one's individual inner mental life. Maybe I'll delete this comment later, because I'm already starting to question its rationale of existence.

And I bounce over and just start talking to her and my friends- it hadn’t even registered I hadn’t Met her before. And she asked if I was drinking coffee. And then one of my friend was like “you haven’t met Megan yet have you”- and she was like “no” and I realised I hadn’t actually met her before. And I was like “oh right. Hi I’m Megan.” And went “I’m making a great first impression here” and they went “you’re just a tad overwhelming but in a good way” I realised after some convo they were an INTP ( so yeah an ENFP’s energy can be super too much for them at times) and then they asked if I was drinking coffee and my friends were like “she’s always like this”. INTJ - So, funny story, I saw a video analysing a character a while back and I decided to leave a veritable essay explaining why most people are wrong about that character (ironically calling them shallow while performing only the most shallow of analyses themselves...) and also analysing that character myself. Then later on, I end up watching another video analysing the same character and I was like "Huh, wow, this guy's making a lot of the same points I make, this literally never happens ever. I'm impressed." and then I get a bit further into the video and he literally referenced my comment as the impetus for them doing their analysis... that actually made me genuinely happy. :D

Well as an ENTP, I can't understand the INFJ, who is so obsessed with their personality that has to tell everyone what personality they are? As an ENTP myself, I am curious why they do this. This ENTP would love if an INFJ shares their insight here... Oh by the way, did I told you I am an ENTP already?

There are some who are quite self-centered and love to be "rare and special". For example, I was talking with an "infj guy" in PDB and he told me that for sure I was an IxFP because of my lack of pride in being an infj lol 🥴

@@Paula-fs8km Well....the infj is not rare, not anymore.hhhhh
@farrex03 жыл бұрын
@@Paula-fs8km Oh the irony, because if one looks at functions it is supposed to be the opposite. Of course everyone is self centered to a certain degree, but Fe puts the attention outwards not inwards. But I have seen plenty of "INFJs" like that, constantly talking about their values, and how unique they are. They are like I love this and hate that, I believe in this, this is what I value, this are my dreams, what I want, I like this person and hate this person, I am unique because x, I identify with this and that. Constantly talking about themselves. And I am there looking at it like, for a supposed INFJ, all you are talking about is your Fi. But there are so many mistyped INFJs, just because if you feel like you are empathetic and introverted, 16p types you as INFJ. And on top of that, being the rarest personality (not anymore) attracts a lot of people that want to feel unique.
@brandiek823 жыл бұрын
@@All-That-Is-69 That's exactly what I was going to say! 🤗 Growing up as an INFJ, you are always feeling odd and out of place, whilst blending in completely. It's a subtle yet uncomfortable feeling. You don't feel quite right and you can't explain it. It's also common as an INFJ to feel like you don't know who you are, even years into adulthood for some. So when finally through the fantastic lens of MBTI you realize why you are the way you are, why you feel different, that there's a group of people that DO feel the same way as you and you can identify with, it's something so relieving and precious, you kind of hang on to it a little more tightly than a different type might do. And I personally don't mention it anywhere but on MBTI videos. 🤷🏻♀️

It actually reminds me of the time I commented on another video of yours, because your famous ENFP/ESFP lalaland dance sequence which reminded me of my friend and i’s super fun memories together. And then I learned that you and your sister also have that ENFP/ESFP BOND. Haha! That’s awesome! I can see why you understand the ENFP’s so well. And another thing, I think your videos are really fun (and I can’t forget creative) too since they also kind of remind me of my own interests in MBTI and learning about people and their personalities and how they work and it’s great that you take the time and put such effort into your vids and…oh, im doing the *thing* aren’t i…hehe…

INFP - I think I’m a solid mix of the ENFP, INFP, and INTP. 😬 I love going in the comments sharing my thoughts, experiences, etc, seeing other people point of view, helping people if I know the answer to their question or even fact checking some facts if they seem wrong. All of that while watching a lot of both useless and informative content, and learning probably a TON of things that I’ll never use in real life. I wouldn’t say I’m looking for friends though, I don’t trust people online to pass them my personal information. 👀

I just knew it was ENTP by instinct, because your portrait of ENTP is so accurate. Afterall, it is what the Internet is all about.

I laughed so much at the ENFP, because I do end up writing essays in the comments. Also I did actually end up loosing my shoe in year 7- though it wasn’t exactly lost. I was in a rush to leave drama and forgot about the other shoe but the shoe I did put on- was on the wrong fun. Anyways, I remembered it eventually and then went back. But also the other day I left the house with my shoes on the wrong feet and realised half down the road- and then got to the bus stop and changed it because I was already running late. Anyways didn’t miss the bus and swapped the shoes on the right feet. Also in terms of writing essays (which I’m realising I’m writing an essay about writing essays but anyways) I had to write as much as I could in 10 minutes about anything. And so I wrote about symbolism in Buffy the vampire slayer at the start but it ended with attachment styles (there was defo a link). At the end of the tutor period I found out they are testing for accuracy and to see if you need any exam accommodations. And I know I used a lot of dashes- instead of like full stops- so who knows what they are gonna thing. Very detailed analysis for 10 minutes and interesting themes but I have the handwriting of a 5 year old and the Odds of it actually being coherent is low.
