Assalam.o Alaikum Dear Sir. I have attended Neuro sciences courses during my job in Novartis. We were taught how to identify the customer and preferences and then act or handle him accordingly. But you have made it more clear. Before this I was unable to differentiate the I and S, But now after watching this video I think I am more clear.
