If ASD (20voter) list milta hai then total voter (electoral roll)eg 500 ,then total kya 500+20=520 hoga?

You will add only those numbers to the total of electoral roll who will vote from asd. For example if out of 20 ASD list voters only 3 vote then total will be 500 + 3

To calculate % is telling wrong. It will be diveded by 500 not by 504

Total polled votes x 100/ Total Electors assigned. Kyonki EDC jaha ka mul matdata hai vo total me waha bhi count hua hoga na ki minus. Aise to do jagaj count hoke EDC bahut sare ho jayenge

In your example it will be 300 x 100/500

Shouldn't the polled votes be 300 + 4 (EDC) ?

Sir polled votes can be confirmed from CU & 17A. Where as total voters will be as per Marked copy of Electrol roll + EDC
