Elegant Island in the Kitchen with NO Sink! I was starting to think that they don't make them anymore. I used to cook for 12+ people, and sometimes 3 times a day. I think a sink would get in my way. Good one, Thanks.

This is single wide that has many great features.The kitchen is very well done the cabinets really make the room. Love the backsplash. Very high end. The appliances are top quality too. Pantry is a great bonus. Like the fact that the same cabinets as the kitchen. Consistence is important. The master suite is quite nice. It’s a tad small, however the rooms are restrictive give the overall square footage. As these homes go carpet is used In the bedrooms. I think that today most folks prefer the laminet throughout the house. In terms of a rating I’d give t his home solid 9.5/10.

Please walk all the way into the laundry room and show that space that could be a half bath. Please show the inside of pantry and linen closet.

Front Door in Hallway but missing the Wooden Coat Rack in the Foyer. 2 Bedrooms and Bath a little White Wash Plain. Nice Living Room but again white plain design. Missing Fireplace and Entertainment Center. Kitchen done very well with dark wood cabinets and brown tile. Side Pantry and Island with French Garden Doors. Small dinning table... perhaps if the walls were painted beige, with Wooden Accents wall. Laundry Room had washer and dryer. Master Bedroom again White Wash, I would have to paint. Nice Glass French Door into the Bathroom. Walking Closet! ☺️😊😀

I don’t like the lay out. Way to cramped in the front door way walk-in plus the separation from door to main living room not very big! 2nd and 3rd bedrooms way to small to fit a twin size bed in there let alone a dresser! Master bathroom just has corner sink! For $110,000 I would expect more room and better value for a single wide!

This is a nice home however the sofa and loveseat are directed into the blank corner. Even with a tv please arrange it another way to show this home.

I’m sure you are a very nice guy Darcy but you need to take a look at Mobile Home Masters on You Tube. Find someone with a personality like Chance. Love the homes he shows but keep watching because of him. Unfortunately I cannot find Deer Valley homes in Saskatchewan, so thought I’d check you out.

Islands are cheap looking. It looks like y'all were to CHEAP to make a wall so you make a half wall and pretend we all want open kitchens. We don't. Islands are OBSTACLES, and real cooks like a TABLE in the kitchen.
