I love Duck, and love seeing him win. Always happy when he does, but it's good to see him lose every now and again. Just to keep the suspense.

This is the kind of position that you won't analyze with an engine. These are not basic combinations to learn from but very complicated lines where you may practise calculating 5+ moves ahead in a classic game. But in Blitz? Forget it. The engine will help improve opening play or help finding missed tactics but this... lol. Great players. I appreciate a lot their brave play.

Not a fan of Duck. He is a good end game player and positional pretty good too. But his openings are very sloppy.

I have this guy at my club who's 70 years old. He's around 1900-2000. I'm still provisional, approaching 1800. He always plays weird openings like the Balogh defense (1. e4. d6 2. d4 f5?!) and it just completely throws me off, and he wins 99% of the time especially when we're only playing with 15 minutes. These guys are playing 5 minutes! A lot less time to try to punish suspicious play
