Hurricane Ida tore through Southeastern Louisiana's cities and towns, flooding streets and ripping apart buildings and homes, killing at least two people. Crews are still trying to assess its full impact. Electricity remains out in New Orleans and surrounding areas for more than 800,000 customers, and it's not clear when it will be restored.
