thanks for posting. for such simple tasks you can also unroll surface uv, array holes there and either make a perforated surface/solid and re flow it, or reflow curves on surface and trim. Much less computations, less steps, faster interaction and geometrically correct, as the holes will have the natural distortion manufacturing will have (cutting and perforation first, bending last).

i got it to work I connected both breps to partition list, put a size of 2 and then connected it to solid union

What command would you input if you want to increase the amount of vertices ?

+Lim yu heng that depends how you want to increase them. Add a center point? Subdivide the whole surface into verts? They're all different.
