Khi chọn mua nhà để ở,ít ai thích mua nhà gần khu chung cư, bay giờ khu nhà này lai gần nhiều nhà xây thêm chẳng khác gì nhiều khu mini chung cư ! nên rẻ mà ở thi không tốt, mà khi bán cũng khó có gia cao

It funny that you said OC doesn’t have ghetto 😂. Go to Santa Ana downtown. I’m sorry if I offended you but I’m saying the truth. You’re a realtor… so I hope you know better with areas.

⁠@@hodacthanh3104I grew up in the OC and know exactly what it like. I have friends and family used to live in SA, it is the worst, lots of them moved away. Crimes… they even broke into their house. Mexican do target Asian’s homes. That’s why I always stay more down south, Irvine, Mission Viejo… more classy. I do like your videos and follow thou. But I had to comment on this one, it is bad, sorry

By the way, LA is more expensive than OC and they do have ghetto areas too. So I think the prices of OC is nothing compared to to LA and SD
