I like it... There's 3 parts to the game.... Performance Looks And of course Luxury

To me i think it was worth it because when you use the stock rim with a larger tire the tire tends to bubble out which looks funny and you lose contact space but then it is a lot cheaper to put a 150 on the stock rim
@acastillo128411 жыл бұрын
To tell you the truth i'm not really sure on the new 2013 ninja but if you really want to and the tire does not fit you can use a thin spacer between the wheel and swingarm which will spread the swingarm wider to fit the tire. Just something to think about don't know if its much help

That's a nice upgrade I was wondering where did you get the extended swing arm kit

you dont need to upgrade the rim or anything if its a 4.5 inch rim. 160 is the max size a 4.5 inch rim will accomodate

Where did you get the kit to extend the swingarm?
@acastillo128411 жыл бұрын
Yes the caliper, axle and bearing are stock now there is two ways to go on the bearings u can put a copper bushing or find a bearing that will fit the 250 axle but be large enough to fit the 650 rim
@Ncardoza2710 жыл бұрын
I don't have a precision lathe so I have to take it to a machine shop to shave them off; the problem with that is without measurements if it needs more shaving I have to take it again and means more mula, green. Would you be able to provide the measurements? If not, any idea what I could use to shave them off?

Hey do u have a contact email customers I have different parts to do my wife's bike so the copper bushings ur talking about where or have to I make them
@drogon298810 жыл бұрын
I'm not trying to bash you as I acknowledge it takes a lot of talent and skill to accomplish something like that. I'm sure it looks cool. But in my humble opinion you wasted a lot of time, money and resources to make a slow bike even slower. The bike's only worth about 2 grand more than your tire project cost on it. Plus, with a larger heavier wheel and tire your bike has to work much harder to turn it. The best thing you could have done was get a lighter rim that fits and you'd be faster. But I guess you're just going for looks. Mission accomplished.

Cry About it whan you buy a 250 your intentions are not set on having a fast bike to begin with.. so the only thing your able to do is to make it look good and stand out.

😂🤣 what for? To look/pretend to be a bigger bike? Why not bye a bigger bike and trade that slow bike? No offense but i don’t see the logic here! Ride safe bro!
@Zerocyxone92 жыл бұрын
Why a smaller bike? Easy reasons: 1. Maintenance cost on a 250 is friendlier than a bigger one. The plethora of spare parts from other small sportsbike fits the 250, damn cheap. 2. Gasoline consumption is much cheaper. 3. The speed is enough specially when you are in Asian countries where traffic is absurd.

That ain't fair about what you said, you don't wanna give the dimension cus they gonna be the next person, why not give them anyway on the simple fact on the safety of it all, cus the right dimension will be 1 hundred%safer than a inaccurate one, think about other people's lives's when you do these videos people gonna follow your footsteps on your knowledge of this, if you gonna hold back on information that can probably prevent harm you shouldn't make these vids, cus you think someone' gonna run off with your knowledge, each one teach one, I give a hundred%what I know about something not half of it, just think if it was you, you would wanna know the dimension you'll be lying to yourself if not,

@@calebshockey3493 Yes!….. I had a ninja 250 and wanted to do the same upgrade but a well known shop did not recommend it. I only take my bikes to a reputable place. So what did I do? Got me R6 the next season. Just helping a person out to do the smart thing. Does it fit?…. Yes!…. But changes the ride of the bike and it’s not what’s it’s meant for! Ride safe my friend!
