Today I’m going to test Bloom Technique without Bloom recipe(Pouring Medium)
I wanted try to use Swipe recipe by Molly’s Artistry, which I learned and works great for my swipe technique.
So I use the leftover paint from my latest swipe videos for Bloom Technique.
I’m Sheleeart student but I can’t get the best ingredients for Bloom recipe now.
So if this swipe recipe works for Bloom as well, it helps a lot!
I think it’s not perfect but pretty much similar result to Bloom recipe☺️

Pebeo Iridescent Gold
Amsterdam Olive Green Light
Master’s Touch Turquoise Green& Golden Payns Gray
Amsterdam Expert Carmine
Amsterdam Oxide Black
➡️Cell Activator : Amsterdam Oxide Black + Australian Floetrol
Amsterdam Titanium White + Australian Floetrol 1:3 ratio
➡️Even if you don’t have Australian Floetrol or hard to get it, don’t worry
Molly has other options in her course!
➡️Pouring Medium is Molly’s recipe.
I tweaked the ratio for myself.
Ingredients are US Floetrol & Acrylic Medium only.(You can use Owatrol, AU Floetrol as well depend on where you are)
Molly shows you exact measurements depend on paint brand and colors in her course!
I have been having a hard time for getting the best ingredients by accessibility for my favorite Bloom and Bloom Swipe Technique.
For that reason I couldn't do bloom swipe for a while.
So I decided to use a different pouring medium and learn on " Swipe Technique Masterclass" by Molly's Artistry.
She is a great artist as you know and I'm huge fan of her beautiful work especially her swipe!
Of course She has many videos on KZbin but I learned a lot of things not only swipe technique but also all about acrylic artwork on her course, I'm really happy I learned and still leaning.
I'm sure I could grow up as a fluid artist, thank you so much Molly!
She has many options for the pouring medium recipes, yet very simple ingredients.
If you are fluid artist then you may already have them. (Maybe no need to buy new ingredients)
And she is teaching us step by step amazingly!
