Gosh! I was 10 years old when this was made. Brings back memories of the cars my parents drove. If I remember correctly, we were living on Guam in 1953 and had a car just like the one in this movie. It had a lot of rust spots from the humidity I assumed and my father had too much to drink at the club on Anderson AFB and decided to paint the car. The next day we all had a good laugh when we saw the polka dotted auto in our driveway.
