Beautiful looking mushrooms. We have a certain kind that comes in late Spring, and is very distinctive, that is the only one I would feel confident in. We do buy them regularly, and I recently read even just two a week helps greatly against developing cancer. That is wonderful to be able to glean from the potato field.

We had the most wonderful tasting mushrooms on my parents property but unfortunately I was always too scared to trust my parent's identification skills lol. That is truly wonderful that the farmers let you pick the potatoes for free. The balloon museum looked so fun!!
