Hey everyone! I'm excited to introduce my latest series, 'Breath-Paced ASMR.' In this series, I draw inspiration from my personal meditation practice to craft triggers at a gentle, breath-paced rhythm. This allows you to synchronize with deep breathing, encouraging a state of calm and relaxation as you listen. Feel free to use these sessions as a meditation aid as well! Let me know how you feel about this :)
Below are the timestamps for this video. The ASMR triggers featured in this episode are quite diverse, encompassing a wide variety of sounds. You can click on the timestamps to quickly navigate to the sounds you prefer.
