The owner and friend/walker were so sweet... Unlike some episodes of this show there was no doubt how much they cared about doing the right thing for Max

There is very little correlation between a dog being a lap dog and whether they can comfortably fit into a human lap.
@jacobtuttle431110 ай бұрын
One benefit with a dog that size is he probably won't maintain that level of energy much longer. By the time he's 4 he'll probably spend most his time sleeping

17:26 I’d love this woman. She acknowledges that it was her fault and took responsibility immediately. She didn’t get mad at Victoria for being too strict. She didn’t blame Victoria or the dog. And she’s genuinely doing the best she can for her dog. I just hope she can keep it up because it’s really really really hard to change human behavior

Jeez...to think the Labweiler dog we owned from 1993 as a puppy until she died in 2000 tried to sit on my father's lap. Her name was Blossom (after the NBC sitcom with Mayim Bialik). Every time Blossom tried to sit on my father's lap, my father would go, "YOU ARE NOT A LAP DOG!"

12:20 we need to start teaching people how to take care of a dog BEFORE they leave the pet store or pound or shelter. We need to start teaching them how to use a harness, teach them how to feed their dog, teach them how to love their dog, how to brush and groom their dog and clip their nails, how to praise their dog and how to correct behavior without reinforcing bad behavior. Because if you do not teach the people you are endangering the animals and the people. This is such a simple concept. You have to educate people so they can educate their kids and so they can educate their animals. The aversion to education in this country is so sickening . Education and training and learning are fundamental to human survival- especially in a country that polices and punishes so heavily, like the United States. We do live in a police state, particularly in urban areas, but absolutely nationwide. we need to teach our people how to protect themselves and how to handle the police And we need to create new laws to stop over policing, to stop terrorism and to stop police brutality. This qualified immunity crap has to go.
