I'm absolutely floored she's 91 in this video. She doesn't look a day over 75.

I'm a hospice nurse, this woman appears more functional mentally and physically than most folks 30 years younger. It pays off to take care of yourself...It's so hard to teach this stuff

Almost 70, nt vegetarian, but healthy low carb diet, fasting and exercise, heck, yeah! meanwhile, it's so hard to watch your loved ones fall apart. Too many of my friends have DIED! Plz take care of yourselves, ppl. Don't let your loved ones watch u flush yourself down the drain. Replace that mid morning pastry with a mid morning brisk walk!.

When she talked about the blame game and people making excuses for their behavior, it reminded me of the Amelia Boone quote "Nobody owes you anything". This was probably one of my favorite podcasts.

I feel like her age and how fit active and intelligent she is. She may be stopping when she’s speaking but she has so many thoughts and memory’s she can’t get her words out fast enough. And she’s so excited about things. It amazes me. I hope I’m that well in touch with everything and my memory’s when I’m old. Hopefully 24 years so far. All I gotta do is get threw the terrible 20’s 😂

I recall watching Jack Lalanne in 1962 on black and white Public TV in my Midwestern State; just like his videos show, is how it was then. I've been a exercise buff since then, till now. Start simple and work up to a appreciable level that one can maintain without quitting. Maintain or perish!

I wish host could STOP bragging about her children with EVERY SHOW she does. First few times here and ther ok - but Doc, it's now ridiculous! It's gotten very annoying and narcissistic! I've never come across any doctor, podcast host who does this to this extent. Host, we REALLY, REALLY want to hear fully of your guests' story, not yours. Sorry to have to break it to you.
