Thank you SOOOO much!!! I could not, for the life of me, figure out how to remove the filter to clean it without taking the screws out every single time. The manual was no help at all, and said NOTHING about simply popping the filter off of the top! That was getting super-tedious, and I was about the return my juicer. I was honestly afraid of breaking the darn thing...You are a life-saver!!

Thank you for doing this video. I received my Alcock Juicer today and couldn’t figure out how to remove the stainless steel filter and the part underneath for washing before use. I read the manual but still had no clue. I watched the video that is used to advertise this product but still no clue. After watching your video I realised I need to pull a little harder to remove it. Before I was scared I would break it because it requires a little effort to remove it. Now I have disassembled it and washed all the washable parts. I am excited to start juicing. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the tutorial bought one today 10.11.20 and didnt know how to remove the middle ring to clean. It didnt tell me how to do that. Didn't get a brush with mine. I live in the UK and we have a different name, ours is a Salter 600 watt juicer but exactly the same as yours. Thank you for sharing was getting worried I wouldn't have been able to take it apart to clean.
