Fascinating footage. Never understood why the helm has to snarl and snap at the crew; it just ratchets up the stress level and lowers the enjoyment level and it happens on so many boats (yes, I too am a helm). But I really liked the encouragement and coaching of the sheet hand. That's the sort of chap that I'd like on my boat.
