I'm not sure about some of the wallpaper style, but really like the floor plan. It's perfect for a retired person who prefers to live simple, and it's nice to see the washing machine !!

It's cute. Good utilization of space. The only issue I noticed is there is only 1 exit and, at least in my state, for a home, there needs to be 2 for safety.

Make it 20x20 so you can put a full size sofa bed on the leftward front wall right next to the door and still have room for a coat rack. Then the tv can go on the opposite wall to the left a bit. Living alone as I do, I'd just use the bedroom (where a door should be to the left of the room where one of the windows is now. Then the former bedroom could be multi-purpose to hold a free standing upright freezer, pantry, and clothes closet. Plus a cubbyhole to stash a guest if you should encounter one overnight. And since I suffer more from heat than cold, put an 8' deep covered porch around all 4 sides with arrangements to make a 4-seasons room either front or back. Or both. .

Why a double sink? Woukd make kitchen island mineable on wheels. Extend the shelves-not enuf shelving or drawers. Great for a single!
