These buildings are selling for twice the amount I paid for mine in 2018. So purchasing a repo is the best way to go if the repo is in a good condition. My sister bought her cabana for 75% less than what she would have paid for it new and the lot where she got it from repaired any boards and damages the building got when they delivered it. Her cabana is a custome 20x12 with electrical and palm leaf ceiling fan, electrical plugs every where, fairy lights and built in storage benches, and bug nets below and all around it. I want one like it but I only want a 12x12 with one storage bench and the same ceiling fan and fairy lights.

if you want to understand this whole thing all we need are 3 things , price of the shed, intrest rate . amout of payment, all will be very clear , 13,500.00 for a very small shed, 2 over 100% intrest rate, over 600.00 payment a month you could never pay it off
